Good work takes time.
We believe every idea to product timeline has a natural pace to it. We try to squeeze it too hard and we are going to end up destroying morale, erode trust and make long term progress impossible. We want to work better than the rest.
We are small and we like it that way.
Small is our strength not a weakness. Small allows us to adapt when required. Small allows us to say no to bureaucratic processes. Small lets us stay human with a lot less effort.

Who we are
Akshat Kedia
Akshat is a programmer and founder at Indic. He loves building software solutions and programming in Ruby makes him happy. He works closely with designers to build solutions that don’t just work but are also usable.
He has been an active member and contributor to the open source software community, specifically he was part of Mozilla India Evangelism Task Force. He has also been a key founding member of Maker’s Asylum, which is India’s most popular makerspace and a hands-on education platform.
He started Indic out of the desire to build a company with a sustainable business model, which provides a healthy and fulfilling work environment.
