Saaj Ecommerce Store
Saaj is an online shop for imitation jewelry by Takle Jewellers which is an 80-year old jeweler from Nashik. They required a modern looking shop for a large inventory with a scalable design system to accommodate large variety of styles.
Takle Jewellers approached us only with an idea. One of the oldest and most trusted brick and mortar establishment in the city for pure gold and silver jewellery, they wanted to venture into the e-commerce world with their new range of imitation jewellery.
We worked as their partners and advisors for the complete end to end implementation of the project, right from being involved in the rebranding, to the content creation, art and photography direction to the complete back end, payment and logistics integration.
The main focus was to build a reliable and scalable platform to cater to their large inventory size. The platform also had to be built in consideration of that fact that it would be managed internally by Saaj. A part of the deliverable was also creating photography and aesthetic specification guides to be followed by the Saaj team.
